Join us for our big mental health day with various great speakers (from a collaboration between TK, ESN Bochum, Cos Initiative and Nightline Bochum) and a platform for exchange about your stay abroad.

We’ll have mental health professionals, discussions, activities, and plenty of opportunities to connect in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re curious, looking for support, or just want to spend some time with people, you’re very welcome.

• 3 pm: Podium discussion about self care as an international student
• 4:30 pm: Workshop about loneliness and support structures
• 6:30 pm: Workshop about well-being and music (after this workshop, we will have some fun karaoke until 10 pm)
